Using the App

To Mood grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or distribute the App or any part of it, except as permitted by applicable law.

Your Content

Anything you write, record, or create in the App — including your journals, notes, and tasks — belongs to you. To Mood does not require an account and stores your content locally on your device rather than on our servers. You are responsible for your content and for keeping your device secure. To Mood does not provide backups, so you are responsible for any backups of your data.

Purchases

To Mood is free to download and use, with an optional one-time in-app purchase ("To Mood Pro") that unlocks additional features. Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, subject to their terms:

• To Mood Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. There are no recurring charges.
• Prices are shown in the App and confirmed in the store's purchase screen before you buy. The final price and applicable taxes are set by the store for your region.
• If you reinstall the App or switch devices, you can restore your purchase using the "Restore Purchases" option, at no additional cost.
• Payments, billing, and refunds are handled by the App Store or Google Play in accordance with their policies. Please direct refund requests to the relevant store.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use To Mood only for lawful purposes and not to misuse the App, interfere with its normal operation, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it or its related systems.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its name, design, and software, is owned by To Mood and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or branding.

Disclaimer

To Mood is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To Mood is a personal organization tool and is not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, or productivity advice. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, To Mood shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the App.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
